Brindavanam Old Age Home gives prioritize in admitting bed-ridden eldersand giving proper care with trained persons. Our doctors would visit regularly on fortnightly basis and also request and for any emergencies. In case of emergency the Home provides medical care in nearby hospital to our Home. We have advanced life support ambulance at our Home service. At most care is taken in providing lovely environment with peace and comfort.Extra medical care (medicines, hospitalisation, etc.) if any, should be takencare by inmate's relatives (if applicable). Orphaned elders would be taken care by home or sponsors.
To maintain the home and elders care the Brindavanam Trust has appointed a doctor, a senior staff nurse, a physiotherapist, 5 full-time care givers, 5 part-time care takers, 3 admin staff and 5 housekeeping assistant. Trust does not have any hidden agendas and all the activities are 100% transparent.
We have a team of committed registered nurses and care assistants to take care of the inmates. We have a designated general practitioner doctor for periodical visits to check the inmates on a regular basis for their well-being. The ancillary staffs consist of cooks,domestic workers, an in-house manager and the proprietor. The home owners and management team are committed to the training and development of staff.
Brindavanam Old Age Home is an ideal home to your loved ones, when you need to be away from the your home town or need to travel abroad for a while, and you have no one responsible to take care of your loved ones.Supports like day care, full time care, cloths washing, elders’ friendly food preparation, entertainments, pooja’s, temple visits are provided to the inmates of the Home. The Home is running like a typical family like a system.
Doctors, staff nurse, physiotherapist and trained care-givers are offering their services to the poor elders regularly. We are committed to continually evaluating, and where required, improving the quality, and level of the care, facilities and activities that we provide. Each resident is treated as an individual, having their own choice of what to do and when to do it, just as they would at home, and when help is needed, we have our dedicated team of staff available on a 24/7 basis to help.
