We are paying huge amount as rent and salaries take another big part of the running cost. We could not save enough amount for the construction of our dream new home. The fundraising mission was started in 2020 and we have purchased a land area with total extend of 4,800 sq.ft., on Brindavanam Trust's name, which is located at Maduravoyal, near Valasarawakkam, Chennai. We are planning to construct STILT+F3 storied building on 13,500 sq.ft in that land.
Now fundraising for building construction is being promoted through different kind of well-wishers to the home. The two phase of project require 4.5 crores in rupees. We request all the kind and generous hearts to extend your valuable support to construct a home. This home will accommodate at least a 100 homeless poor /helpless patients /destitute elders. Any kind of help to this project from generous hearts will be an immense support to this noble charity service.
CSR activities: The CSR initiatives of Establishments, Corporates and Organisations from all sectors can associate with the noble initiatives of Brindavanam Trust. In a respectable scale, the same from multiple sectors are already being provided. Brindavanam Trust seeks support from corporate involvements in successfully accomplishing the cause for Elders. The various opportunities for participations could be opted from- Providing Corpus Fund, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annual Grants to the Trust, which would assist in smooth handling of the recurring expenses towards health care for the Elders. Health care camps including General Check Up, Orthopaedics, Eye Care, Skin Care can be organised at the Homes.The other major opportunity would be to sponsor the rents of the premises while also assisting towards procuring a permanent structure for the Homes.
